1. Open https://console.cloud.google.com/ on your browser. Then, confirm your Country and check the Terms of Service & Email updates boxes. After that, click AGREE AND CONTINUE.

2. Select Select a project.

3. Click NEW PROJECT.

4. Add the Project name, and once done, click CREATE. I have named it Kodi YouTube. Feel free to name as per your wish.

5. Click APIs & Services. Then, open Library.
